Regularly hone the knife to maintain its sharpness. Avoid cleaning it in the dishwasher, as this can cause damage. Opt for softer cutting boards to preserve the blade, and refrain from cutting bones or frozen food to prevent chipping and damage.

The knife is made of high chromium USA grade 440C stainless steel.
